Albanian Business Services Association (ABSA) is a non-profit organization, operating in lobbying and advocacy for the enhancement of the BPO sector in Albania. The work of the organisation started in 2018, by gathering members and also building a bridge of dialogue between this sector, the businesses and the government. The organization has continued and improved the work of the Albania Outsourcing Association set up since 2016. ABSA's main goal is to be a Become a leading authority and a resource centre when it comes to the BPO, Shared Service Centre, IT Outsourcing and Research & Development sector in Albania, while being an information point for this sector in a wider market. ABSA aims to aid businesses in these sectors to optimize their craft; aims to raise capacities of the work force employed in these sectors and be a dignified representative of the needs of these sectors. The organisation strives to give data driven information and quality services.
